The Kimpton Hotel will serve as the primary hotel. All wedding related transportation/shuttle services will be scheduled for right outside the lobby of the hotel.

A block of rooms have been allocated at $219 per night for standard king rooms and $239 for two queen bed rooms. The preferred rate is available for both 2-night stay (9/27-9/29) and 1-night stay (9/28-9/29).

All rooms get forfeited after August’s 10, 2024 after which you will need to book at the market rate. Please advise that we have routinely seen downtown room rates climb up to $400+ due to fall football and wedding season so please aim to book as soon as possible to avoid surge pricing!

For awareness, should you book now, payment won’t be charged until your stay and all bookings are cancelable without penalty until 9/25/2024.

24-hour valet hotel parking is available at $45 per night.

Downtown self-parking options are available such as at Reserve Square Garage (146 Chester Ave) for $15 per night and is a 6 min walk from hotel. Due to risk of car break-ins, we highly suggest a garage parking option.

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Both can be adjusted upon request and availability by calling the front desk.

The Metropolitan hotel is our secondary hotel. It is right across the street from the Kimpton where all transportation will be provided (pick up and drop off)

Please note the blocked rooms are only available until August 31, 2024, before being released back to the general public

The Standard King rooms are priced-locked at $299 per night before sales tax. You have the option to book for two nights (9/27-9/29) or just one night (9/28-9/29)

Valet parking is available at $48 per night plus an 8% sales tax

This hotel features several amenities including a rooftop bar, a cocktail lounge, pilates studio and restaurant that is operational from 7:00 to 11:00 pm
